Hasanuddin University’s Faculty of Engineering to Host the 2025 Engineering Expo & Job Fair
Makassar, November 4–6, 2025 — The Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University (FT-UH) is once again hosting the Engineering Expo & Job Fair 2025, an event that combines an exhibition of technological innovations with information on career opportunities. The event will take place over three days, from November 4 to 6, 2025, on the Unhas Faculty of Engineering campus, and is open to students and the general public free of charge.
This event is organized as a form of collaboration between academia and industry, as well as an effort to provide a space for students to gain a closer understanding of the latest technological developments while preparing to enter the workforce.
“We are organizing this Engineering Expo & Job Fair as a platform for collaboration, innovation, and strengthening the link and match between the university and industry. We hope this event will serve as a valuable opportunity for students to learn, network, and discover career opportunities,” said Prof. Isran, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering.

November 5, 2025 BYD Exhibition: “Technology Sharing & Showcase Test Drive Experience”
November 6, 2025 PT Mayora Job Fair and Exhibition
The technology exhibition will showcase innovative works by students and faculty, including demonstrations of vehicle and drone technologies developed by the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, BYD will host a technology sharing session and offer test drive opportunities for electric vehicles as part of educational efforts on the transition to environmentally friendly energy.
On the final day, PT Mayora will host a Job Fair booth offering information on recruitment, internship opportunities, and career counseling for visitors.
This event is expected to serve as an opportunity to broaden students’ understanding of developments in the engineering industry and strengthen graduates’ readiness to meet the evolving demands of the workforce.
