Expanding Its Network Once Again, the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University Establishes a Partnership with the Faculty of Engineering at Udayana University.

In addition to expanding its international network, the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University is also actively collaborating with domestic universities. This time, the Faculty of Engineering at Unhas has established a partnership with Udayana University. The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) marks the beginning of this collaboration between the two universities.

The signing took place in the 3rd-floor conference room of the CoT Building on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. The delegation from Udayana University was welcomed directly by the Associate Dean for Partnerships, Research, Innovation, and Alumni, Prof. Dr. Ir. Rustan Tarakka, ST., M.T., IPM., ASEAN. Eng., and the Associate Dean for Planning and Resources, Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Rusman, M.T. The MoA was signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Isran Ramli, S.T., M.T., IPM., ASEAN. Eng., and the Chair of the Civil Engineering Study Program, Ir. Ida Ayu Made Budiwati, M.Sc., Ph.D., representing the Dean of the Udayana University Faculty of Engineering, who was unable to attend.

In addition to the Head of the Civil Engineering Study Program at Udayana University, the signing ceremony was also attended by the Chair and members of the PKKM Task Force, namely I Made Aryatirta Predana, S.T., M.E., Gede Pringgana, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., and Ir. Ariany Frederika, M.T. Meanwhile, the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University was represented by the manager of human resources and alumni affairs, as well as the head of the academic sub-division.

The purpose of this Memorandum of Agreement is to enhance the synergy of the resources possessed by both universities to realize the vision and mission of each party. This visit also served as an opportunity to discuss the specific initiatives to be implemented through this MoA.
