To Improve Quality and Performance, Hasanuddin University’s Faculty of Engineering Holds a Management Review Meeting

In order to improve performance quality, the Quality Assurance and Reputation Enhancement Task Force of the Hasanuddin University Faculty of Engineering held a Management Review Meeting. The meeting took place on Wednesday, March 27, 2023, in the 3rd-floor conference room of the COT Building at the Faculty of Engineering in Gowa.

The meeting was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Isran Ramli, S.T., M.T., IPM., ASEAN. Eng. was accompanied by the Associate Dean for Planning, Resources, and Alumni, Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Rusman, M.T., and the Associate Dean for Partnerships, Research, and Innovation, Prof. Dr. Ir. Rustan Tarakka, S.T., M.T., IPM., ASEAN. Eng., the Chair and Secretary of GPMPR, and was attended by the Department Chairs and Program Directors throughout the Faculty of Engineering.

In his opening remarks, Prof. Isran stated that this meeting was held as part of continuous improvement efforts at every level within the Faculty of Engineering. He expressed the hope that such Management Review Meetings could also be conducted at the program and faculty levels. Prof. Isran also noted that the purpose of this meeting was to evaluate the challenges faced by the Faculty, and that achieving this evaluation requires contributions from all parties to support one another. He expressed hope that through this initiative, we can enhance our performance and move toward continuous improvement.

This Management Review Meeting represents one of the Faculty of Engineering’s steps and commitments to continuously improve the quality of its performance. It also serves as a basis for evaluation so that the Faculty of Engineering can continue to develop in a positive direction.
