To Promote the Fresh Graduate Development Program, PT Hengjaya Mineralindo Visits the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University
The Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University once again welcomed a collaborative visit. This time, FTUH hosted a delegation from the Makassar Maritime Polytechnic. The visit took place on Monday, July 22, 2024, in the 3rd-floor conference room of the CoT Building at the Faculty of Engineering in Gowa.
The delegation was personally welcomed by the Associate Dean for Partnerships, Research, and Innovation, Prof. Dr. Ir. Rustan Tarakka, ST., MT., IPM., ASEAN.Eng. The purpose of this visit was to establish a collaboration aimed at enhancing the competencies of faculty members at the Makassar Maritime Polytechnic in preparation for re-accreditation. In addition, the visit was also attended by the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Dr. Muhammad Syahid, ST., MT.; the Chair of the Master’s Program in Mechanical Engineering, Dr.Eng. Novriany Amaliyah, ST., MT., the Chair of the Doctoral Program in Mechanical Engineering, Dr.Eng. Andi Amijoyo Mochtar, ST., M.Sc., and the Chair of the Department of Marine Engineering, Dr. Chairul Paotonan, ST., MT.
Representing Hasanuddin University Polytechnic were Capt. Rudy Susanto, M.Pd., Director; Assistant Director I Capt. Faisal Saransi, MT., M.Mar.; Head of the Academic and Student Affairs Division Budi Joko Raharjo, M.M., M.Mar. E.; the Head of the Quality Assurance Unit (SPM), Sitti Syamsiah, S.Si.T., M.A.P.; the Chair of the Marine Engineering Study Program, Alberto, S.Si.T., M.Mar.E., M.A.P.; and the Chair of the Lecturer Functional Position Group, Agustina Setyaningsih, S.Si., M.Pd.
In his remarks, Prof. Rustan welcomed the visiting delegation and expressed his hope that this collaboration would be mutually beneficial for both parties.
Meanwhile, Capt. Rudy, in his remarks, expressed his gratitude to FTUH for hosting the visit from PIP Makassar, noting that the visit was intended to establish a collaboration regarding faculty members’ continuing education to enhance their competencies.
