The Faculty of Engineering at Unhas Collaborates on the Use of the Faculty of Engineering at Untar’s Laboratories for the PSDKU Doctoral Program in Civil Engineering at the Unhas Jakarta Campus
Jakarta, May 2, 2026 — The Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University (FT Unhas) has officially established a partnership with the Faculty of Engineering at Tarumanagara University (FT Untar) through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) regarding the use of civil engineering laboratory facilities.
The agreement was signed by the Dean of FT Unhas, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Isran Ramli, S.T., M.T., IPM., ASEAN Eng., together with the Dean of FT Untar, Dr. Ir. Wilson Kosasih, M.T., IPM., ASEAN Eng., in Jakarta.
During this event, the Dean of the FT Unhas was accompanied by the Chair of the FT Unhas Civil Engineering Doctoral Program, Prof. Dr. Eng. Rita Irmawaty, S.T., M.T.; the Secretary of the FT Unhas Department of Civil Engineering, Dr. Eng. Ir. Bambang Bakri, S.T., M.T., the Administrative Secretary of the Unhas Jakarta Campus, Dr. Ir. Rosmariani Arifuddin, S.T., M.T., as well as a senior Civil Engineering faculty member from FT Unhas based in Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Ir. Herman Parung, M.Eng., who currently serves as Rector of UKRIDA Jakarta.
Meanwhile, the Faculty of Engineering at Untar was represented by the Chair of the Civil Engineering Doctoral Program, Ir. Oei Fuk Jin, S.T., M.Eng., D.Eng.; the Chair of the Master’s Program in Civil Engineering, Dr. Ir. Wati Asriningsih Pranoto, M.T.; a representative from the Cooperation Division, Arif Sandjaya, S.T., M.T., and two senior faculty members from the Civil Engineering Department at the Faculty of Engineering, Untar.
This collaboration aims to support the implementation of the Doctoral (S3) Program in Civil Engineering at the Off-Campus Program (PSDKU) of the Faculty of Engineering (FT) at Unhas on the Unhas Jakarta Campus, particularly in the utilization of laboratory facilities and infrastructure to support students’ research and academic activities.
Through this collaboration, the Faculty of Engineering at Unhas strengthens its commitment to providing high-quality doctoral education supported by adequate laboratory facilities and a network of strategic partnerships among universities.
This signing also marks a concrete step in the development of the Unhas PSDKU in Jakarta as part of efforts to expand access to higher education and enhance the quality of the three pillars of higher education.
