Unhas’s Faculty of Engineering Holds a Session to Gather Feedback from the Academic Community on Candidates for Dean for the 2026–2030 Term
Gowa, November 25, 2025 — The Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University held an event titled “Gathering of Input from the Academic Community on Candidates for Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University, for the 2026–2030 Term” as part of a democratic and transparent process for selecting faculty leadership.
The event featured three candidates who are senior faculty members and influential figures within the Faculty of Engineering, namely:
- Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Isran Ramli, ST., MT., IPM., AER.
- Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Jalaluddin, ST., MT.
- Prof. Dr. Amil Ahmad Ilham, ST., M.IT.
The event took place on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, starting at 8:30 a.m. WITA until completion, at Levels 1 and 2, CSA Building, Unhas Faculty of Engineering.
This consultation aims to provide a platform for the academic community—including faculty members, staff, and students—to express their views, expectations, and recommendations regarding the direction of the Faculty of Engineering’s leadership for the next five years. Through this forum, each candidate will have the opportunity to present their vision, mission, and strategic programs that they will implement if elected as dean.
The Unhas Faculty of Engineering hopes this event will serve as a means to strengthen participation from all stakeholders and ensure that the dean selection process is conducted objectively, inclusively, and accountably for the advancement of the faculty during the 2026–2030 term.
